Crab Apple Jelly and Oven Baked Chicken

I've noticed that once again, the crab apples are ready for picking.  They are plentiful this year so grab your bucket and go get them!  You can find my recipe for crab apple jelly here.  Once you've made a batch, try it on oven baked chicken.  Simply spread the jelly on the chicken about 15 minutes before the baking is done.  What wonderful flavor!
